StringExtensionsIndexOfBytes Method (String, String, Int32, Int32)

Searches a string for an occurrence of a substring and returns the UTF-8 byte index (zero-based) of the first occurrence.

Parameters

s: Type: SystemString
The string.
value: Type: SystemString
The value.
startIndex: Type: SystemInt32
The start index.
count: Type: SystemInt32
The count.

Return Value

Type: Int32
The byte index of the first occurrence, or -1 if not found.

Usage Note
